Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic professional with 2 plus years of experience in the
front-end of enterprise sales
within an
IT services, SaaS, or FinTech environment
. The ideal candidate will have exposure to
selling into or supporting sales for global banking clients
, particularly Tier 1 banks.

The role requires a strong understanding of
financial services domains
, including
core banking, payments, compliance, and digital modernization
, with the ability to craft compelling and personalized outreach for
CIOs and CTOs
.

Key Responsibilities




Drive front-end sales activities including prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification
Develop targeted messaging aligned with banking and financial services use cases
Engage with senior stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs) at global banks
Leverage CRM and intent-data tools to identify and track opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales strategy and pipeline growth
Utilize GenAI tools to enhance productivity, research, and outreach effectiveness

Requirements
Key Requirements:
Experience in enterprise sales/front-end sales in IT services, SaaS, or FinTech
Solid domain knowledge in Banking & Financial Services (BFSI)
Familiarity with CRM platforms and intent-data tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Comfortable working with US time-zone overlap
Interest or experience in leveraging GenAI tools for sales acceleration
