Graphics Designer (Social Media + Brand Creatives)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer who can convert briefs into high-quality visuals for social media and marketing. This role requires strong fundamentals in visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and the ability to use AI design tools to speed up production without compromising quality.

Required Skills Competencies

Non-Negotiable Skills
Strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, colour, spacing, hierarchy)
Proficiency in Canva + at least one of: Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma
Ability to create designs directly from a brief (without heavy handholding)
Comfort using AI tools for image generation and faster design iterations

Responsibilities
Social Media Creatives Campaign Design
Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reels thumbnails, and ad creatives
Maintain consistency with brand style while keeping creatives fresh and scroll-stopping
Create variations of creatives for A/B testing and different audience segments
Flyers, Brochures Marketing Collateral
Design print-ready flyers, brochures, standees, posters, and event collateral
Prepare files with correct sizing,
