We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, while gaining exposure to real-time hiring challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in job posting across various platforms (job portals, social media, etc.)
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Maintain and update candidate databases and MIS reports
Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and joining status
Support onboarding activities and documentation
Assist in bulk hiring drives and campus recruitment
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for hiring requirements

Recruitment interns typically help with job postings, resume screening,



and interview scheduling as part of HR support functions

Skills & Requirements
Graduate / Pursuing Graduation (HR, Business Administration preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment process
Good MS Excel and MS Office skills
Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced workplace
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
