Role Purpose

The Assistant Manager SAP FICO will be responsible for managing, supporting, enhancing, and optimising SAP Finance & Controlling solutions across the organization. The role involves leading SAP FICO implementation, support, enhancements, integrations, and business transformation initiatives while ensuring system stability, compliance, and high availability.

The incumbent will closely work with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and external implementation partners to improve business processes using SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Implementation & Project Management
Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration initiatives.
Prepare project plans, effort estimation, timelines, and resource planning.
Coordinate with business users, consultants, and vendors for successful project delivery.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.

SAP Functional Support




Provide Level-2 and Level-3 support for SAP FICO issues.
Analyze business requirements and design SAP solutions.
Perform configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
Ensure smooth month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Resolve critical production issues within defined SLA.
