To lead the automation initiatives within the Manufacturing Excellence department, driving Industry 4.0 implementation and providing technical expertise for automation projects to enhance production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Conduct comprehensive manufacturing automation assessments
Develop and execute automation roadmaps
Design and implement automated manufacturing solutions
Program and deploy robotics systems
Optimize existing machinery through automation
Implement IoT sensors and data acquisition systems
Develop and integrate PLC/SCADA systems
Create digital twin solutions for production processes

Project Management
Manage automation implementation projects
