Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold or warm calls using structured scripts
Answer inbound customer queries and explain product features
Qualify leads and pass high-interest prospects to sales closers
Meet daily and weekly call or lead generation targets
Log customer feedback and update records in the CRM database
Requirements & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Explicit and polite verbal communication skills
Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
Proficiency in local languages and English
Positive attitude when handling rejection
The required languages (e.g., English+any south languages)
