Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant with expertise in compensation planning, incentive management, and payroll integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience configuring compensation and variable pay processes, including Short-Term Incentive (STI) and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programs, while ensuring seamless integration with Employee Central and Payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in end-to-end implementations and support engagements for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable compensation solutions.
Configure compensation templates, budgets, guidelines, worksheets, route maps, eligibility rules, and compensation statements.
Design and configure STI (Bonus/Incentive Plans) and support LTI programs including eligibility, award calculations, vesting considerations, and reporting requirements.
Configure Variable Pay plans, business goals, proration rules, bonus calculations, and payout processes.




Work closely with HR, Rewards, Compensation, and Payroll teams to align compensation processes with business objectives.
Support compensation cycle planning, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Perform impact analysis and solution design for compensation enhancements.
Collaborate with integration teams to ensure accurate transfer of approved compensation and incentive payouts to Employee Central and Payroll systems.

Required Skills
58 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay.
