Position: Pharmacist - Operations Executive

Location: Urmi Corporate Park, In the lane, Saki Vihar Road, Opposite Gate No. 5, L&T; Flyover, Powai, Mumbai

Experience Required: 1 - 2 Years of experience as pharmacist

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Executive with a pharmacy background to manage and maintain medical inventory data and support daily operational activities. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock tracking, inventory updates, and smooth coordination of stock movement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update medical inventory records accurately

• Handle stock inwards and stock outwards data management





• Monitor inventory movement and ensure proper documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory-related operations

• Ensure data accuracy in inventory and operational reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy Preferred

• Prior experience in pharmacy or medical inventory operations

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations

• Positive attention to detail and data management skills

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

• Ability to work in a rapid-paced operational workplace
