Purchase Manager – Electrical & Civil

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager – Electrical and Civil Works to manage the procurement of electrical materials, equipment, and services for construction, infrastructure, industrial, or project-based requirements. The person will be responsible for vendor development, price negotiation, purchase orders, material availability, quality, cost control, and timely delivery.

Key Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement of electrical materials and equipment for projects.
Obtain and compare quotations, prepare comparative statements, and recommend suppliers.
Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and commercial conditions.




Issue purchase orders and ensure compliance with approved specifications and commercial terms.

Required Qualifications
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Additional qualification in Purchase/Procurement/Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
Typically, 5–10+ years of experience in electrical procurement/purchase.
Positive knowledge of electrical materials, brands, specifications, and market pricing.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/SAP, purchase management systems, and documentation.
