Role & responsibilities
Operate tablet coating machines as per SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
In Process checking while manufacturing
Prepare coating solutions and perform tablet coating operations.
Change over product and minor maintenance work related to the coating machine.
Monitor critical process parameters and ensure product quality.
Confidently perform troubleshooting of coating machines and resolve operational issues.
Perform equipment cleaning, line clearance, and changeover activities.
Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with GMP, cGMP, and EHS guidelines.
Report equipment malfunctions, process deviations, and quality issues.
Support productivity improvement and waste reduction initiatives
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/ITI/B.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
2 to 5 years of experience in tablet coating operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
