We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Management Executive to support our Accounts, Operations, and Compliance functions. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, possess solid organizational skills, and be capable of handling day-to-day business operations while ensuring financial and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions.
Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries.
Prepare invoices, payment records, and expense statements.
Coordinate with auditors and accountants for financial documentation.
Maintain financial records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Operations Management
Coordinate daily office and business operations.
Maintain operational records and documentation.
Track vendor and customer transactions.
Prepare operational reports and MIS as required.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth business processes.
GST & Legal Compliance
Maintain GST-related documentation and records.
Coordinate for GST filing and statutory compliance.
Assist in preparing legal and compliance documents.
Maintain agreements, contracts, and company records.
Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and legal professionals whenever required.
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain office records and documentation.
Handle correspondence and follow up with clients/vendors.
Support management in administrative and operational activities.
Perform other business-related tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Accounting principles.
Understanding of GST and statutory compliance.
Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
