Job Summary - Graphic Designer (Figma Experience)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in Figma to design visually engaging creatives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, branding, and layout, and be comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality creatives for digital marketing, social media, websites, banners, and other marketing materials
Create layouts, visuals, and design assets using Figma
Ensure brand consistency across all designs in terms of color, typography, and visual style
Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to understand design requirements
Revise and optimize designs based on feedback and performance insights
Prepare final design files for digital use and handover to developers where required
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role




Robust working knowledge of Figma (mandatory)
Good understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, color theory, spacing, and composition
Experience designing for digital platforms (web and social media)
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Robust attention to detail and creativity
Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
Experience in e-commerce or lifestyle/luxury brands is a plus

Working Hours & Days
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Working Days: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
