About the Role

Tity Property is looking for a highly driven Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to lead our digital acquisition, brand growth, performance marketing, lead generation, and online customer engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing growth strategies that increase property seeker traffic, qualified leads, builder & developer enquiries, agent registrations, property listings, customer acquisition, and revenue.

This is a hands-on role requiring robust expertise in Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, CRM, and Growth Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy for Tity Property.
Create monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing growth plans.
Define target audiences and customer acquisition strategies.
Develop campaigns for property buyers, sellers, investors, agents, builders, and developers.
Manage marketing budgets and maximize ROI.
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute,



and optimize campaigns across:
Google Ads
Meta Ads
Instagram
LinkedIn
YouTube
Other relevant advertising platforms
Generate high-quality property and business leads.
Optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, CAC, and ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing for advertisements, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Scale high-performing campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
SEO & Organic Growth
Develop and execute Tity Property's SEO strategy.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Improve organic rankings for high-value real estate keywords.
Manage on-page, off-page, local, and technical SEO initiatives.
Develop strategies for increasing organic traffic and enquiries.
Monitor Google Search Console, Analytics, rankings, backlinks, and organic conversions.
Social Media Growth
Develop and manage social media growth strategies.
