Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and highly motivated Management Trainee Partner Training Coordination with exceptional communication skills and a go-getter attitude. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of partner training programs (planning, scheduling, organizing, tracking, and reporting).
Liaise with internal stakeholders and global partner organizations to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions.
Maintain training calendars, attendee lists, and training progress reports.
Send timely communication, reminders, and follow-ups related to training events.
Ensure training logistics (platform setup, materials, invites, feedback collection)



are handled efficiently.
Track and monitor attendance, completion, and effectiveness of training programs.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and dashboards for management and audit purposes.
Continuously look for ways to improve training operations and participant engagement.
Coordination with the Channels team to support partner enablement.
Who Should Apply
Fresh graduates with a degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related non-technical disciplines.
Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in training coordination, HR, or administrative support will also be considered.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills is a must.
Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams across time zones.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
