Accounting Operations & Controls
Oversee daily accounting functions for all VK Group entities (cost centre-wise accounting).
Maintain and review Tally entries, day books, bank balances, and reconciliation statements.
Conduct periodic bank reconciliations and monitor shared expense allocations.
Ensure accuracy in financial documentation and ledger management.
Maintain both physical and digital accounting records systematically.
Payables & Receivables
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Track EMD submissions in coordination with the Business Development Executive.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Prepare and process GST, TDS, and other statutory payments.
Conduct GST workings and ensure timely filing and compliance.
Coordinate with statutory consultants (CA, CS, GST advisors) for regulatory matters.
Prepare necessary documentation and correspondence for taxation and banking purposes.
Banking & Financial Transactions
Execute online payments for statutory dues and operational expenses.
Coordinate with banks for routine transactions,



documentation, and compliance requirements.
Monitor liquidity position and support financial planning as required by CFO.
Reporting & MIS
Generate periodic reports on expenses, allowances, and financial summaries for audit purposes.
Support preparation of audit documentation and financial statements.
Team Support & Mentorship
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounts team members
Ensure compliance with internal processes and financial SOPs.

Support inter-departmental coordination on finance-related matters. Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile
Experience handling accounts for a medium-sized organization.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and banking procedures.
Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
High level of confidentiality and integrity.
Solid numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage deadlines
