We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Executive to manage daily calls, take customer orders, and accurately enter them into our ERP system.

*Key Responsibilities
Take inbound orders over the phone with accuracy and professionalism
Enter all orders into the ERP system with correct product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery details
Follow up on pending orders, confirm delivery schedules, and address basic customer queries
Maintain updated customer records and call logs in the system
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment

Requirements
Excellent spoken English - transparent communication and phone etiquette is a must
Prior experience in telesales, order taking,



or customer support preferred
Basic computer skills + experience working on ERP/CRM software is a plus
Positive typing speed and attention to detail for order entry
Positive attitude, target-oriented, and willing to work 6 days a week
Graduate in any stream. Freshers with outstanding communication skills can apply
