Job Description – Order Taking & Billing Executive
Take and process online and offline guest orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and process guest bills as per the orders and applicable charges.
Coordinate closely with the Restaurant, Kitchen, and Service teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Verify order details, special requests, and billing accuracy before closing the transaction.
Handle guest queries related to orders, billing, and payment.
Maintain proper coordination and communication between the guest and restaurant team.
Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience through accurate order taking, timely billing, and effective coordination.
Maintain proper records of orders, bills, and payments as required.
