We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven B.Tech freshers to join us as Academic Counselors. This role involves guiding prospective students in choosing the right courses/programs based on their career goals. The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills and a genuine interest in the education/EdTech space.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, career paths, and admission processes
Handle inbound and outbound calls/leads and convert them into enrollments
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
Maintain and update lead/student data in CRM
Follow up regularly with prospective students to ensure conversions
Meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets
Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for lead generation and student support
Requirements:
B.Tech graduates only (2024/2025 pass-outs preferred)
Freshers welcome — no prior experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid interpersonal and convincing skills
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools
