Role & responsibilities
Assist in monitoring inventory levels and maintaining stock records.
Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and transport partners for timely material movement.
Support procurement activities including PO tracking and vendor follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain supply chain MIS reports and dashboards.
Analyze operational data to identify trends and improve efficiency.
Support dispatch planning, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
Ensure timely documentation and compliance with company processes.
Participate in supply chain improvement and cost optimization projects.
