About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven
Sales Manager
to lead our real estate sales team and drive revenue growth across residential, commercial, and investment projects.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies for real estate projects.
Generate and convert leads through various channels, including digital leads, referrals, channel partners, and direct enquiries.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and site visits to negotiation, booking, and closure.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients and maintain robust customer relationships.
Plan and coordinate site visits,



client meetings, presentations, and property demonstrations.
Build and maintain robust relationships with
channel partners, brokers, investors, and high-value clients
.
Monitor sales performance, conversion ratios, pipeline, and revenue on a regular basis.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Work closely with the Marketing and CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Ensure proper and timely updating of leads and customer information in the CRM.
Handle client negotiations and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies, project guidelines, and applicable real estate regulations.
Train and mentor sales executives to improve their performance and productivity.
