To build the team of advisors/agents through their own references, their own connections & make them work for driving sales.
Drive sales from their advisors/agents to sell Life Insurance Products.
Train & motivate the team for maximizing the sales.
Depending on performance, there will be Rapid-track promotion + National & International trips.
Company will provide training also in which candidate will be taught about life insurance, recruitment of agents, client handling & relationship management, etc.
On-roll job & the advisor/agents will be on the commission bases.
CRITERIA:
Graduation Mandatory
Age 24 to 40
Vehicle Mandatory
1+ Year Field Sales Exp required
