5+ years of progressive experience in CEO Office, Business Strategy, Commercial Operations, Management Consulting, Business Excellence, Program Management, or Corporate Planning.
Proven experience working directly with CXOs, Founders, Managing Directors, or Senior Leadership Teams.
Hands-on exposure to commercial operations, budgeting, financial planning, MIS reporting, business analytics, and cross-functional project management.
Experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Consumer Products, or other rapid-growing organizations will be preferred.
Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives, business transformation projects, and organizational performance improvements.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business vision into actionable execution plans.
Excellent understanding of commercial operations, procurement workflows, purchase orders (POs), invoicing processes, vendor management, and financial controls.
Sound knowledge of P&L; management, budgeting, forecasting,



business financials, cost optimization, and profitability analysis.
Solid business acumen with the ability to interpret financial and operational data to support executive decision-making.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Query, and data visualization tools.
Expertise in preparing executive dashboards, MIS reports, KPI scorecards, and business performance reviews.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills with attention to detail.
Strong project management, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities.
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, integrity, and confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace with minimal supervision.
