Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., Dice, LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms) and referrals.
Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods and tools.
Requirements:
Any graduation, or related field.
5+ years of experience in OPT recruiting.
Robust understanding of the OPT process and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Proficient in MS Office and recruiting software/tools.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Required Skills:
Excellent English communication skills is a Must (spoken and written)
Proven experience in end end OPT recruitment process
Experience in hiring H1 Transfers/ Project transfers ,GC and H4 for direct marketing
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
