Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Training & Placement Officer to manage student training, placement activities, employer engagement, and career development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, and relationship management skills with the ability to connect students with suitable career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end placement activities for students
Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry partners
Organize campus drives, interviews, recruitment events, and placement sessions
Conduct employability training sessions including aptitude, soft skills, resume building, and interview preparation
Track student placement records and maintain placement databases
Identify hiring prospects and generate placement leads




Coordinate with academic teams to align training programs with industry requirements
Support students in career guidance and job readiness activities
Ensure timely communication between students, recruiters, and management
Prepare placement reports and MIS regularly

Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools

Qualification
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline
MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹8,553.59 - ₹38,245.53 per month
