We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to handle customer calls, provide information, follow up with customers, and maintain proper call records.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and handle incoming customer calls.
Explain products/services and resolve basic customer queries.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and requirements.
Maintain daily call records and update customer information.
Coordinate with the concerned team for customer-related issues.
Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Required Skills
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Hindi communication is required; basic English knowledge preferred.
Positive listening and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work with daily targets.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
