Job Role
We are looking for a responsible and active Retail Sales Executive for our saree business.
This is a hands-on retail job. The candidate will handle customers through WhatsApp, video calls and in-person visits, as well as manage sarees, packing and day-to-day store activities.
Responsibilities
Reply to customer enquiries through WhatsApp.
Show sarees to customers through video calls.
Attend customers who visit in person.
Explain saree designs, prices and available options.
Confirm orders and verify customer payments.
Fold sarees properly after showing them to customers.
Return each saree to its correct place after video calls or customer visits.
Pack customer orders neatly and prepare parcels for dispatch.
Help maintain and organize saree stock.
Keep the store/work area clean and organized.
Assist with other day-to-day retail activities when required.
Requirements
Telugu speaking is MANDATORY.
Basic Kannada preferred.
Basic English reading and typing ability.
Comfortable using WhatsApp and smartphones.
Positive communication with customers.
Responsible and careful while handling sarees and payments.
No degree required.
10th / PUC candidates can apply.
Freshers can apply; training will be provided.
Previous experience in a saree shop, clothing store, boutique or retail store is an advantage.
