Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead to manage, guide, and support a team in achieving business and operational goals. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage team members to achieve assigned targets.
Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion of daily activities.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Track KPIs, productivity, quality, and overall team performance.
Handle escalations and resolve team or customer-related issues effectively
Conduct team meetings, briefings, and performance reviews.
Identify training and development requirements for team members.
Prepare and maintain performance reports and operational updates.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and quality standards are followed.




Support management in achieving organizational objectives.

Required Skills

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
2 years of relevant professional experience.
Previous experience in a team-lead or supervisory role is preferred.
