Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Performance
Drive sales and profitability across all stores within the assigned cluster.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Analyze store-wise sales performance, conversion, ATV, UPT, and other key retail metrics.
Identify business opportunities and implement action plans to improve store performance.
Monitor daily sales and ensure timely corrective actions for underperforming stores.
Store Operations
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple stores.
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
Conduct regular store visits and audits.
Ensure proper stock management, inventory accuracy, and timely replenishment.
Coordinate with merchandising, warehouse, finance, and other departments for smooth operations.
Ensure stores maintain House of Fett's visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
Team Management & Development
Lead, motivate, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.




Set explicit performance expectations and review team performance regularly.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of key retail talent.
Build a robust performance-driven and customer-centric culture.
Customer Experience
Ensure a premium and consistent customer experience across all stores.
Monitor customer feedback and resolve escalated customer concerns.
Drive clienteling, customer relationship management, and repeat business.
Encourage teams to build robust relationships with high-value and repeat customers.
Inventory & Loss Prevention
Monitor stock levels, ageing inventory, transfers, and stock movement.
Ensure regular stock audits and minimize shrinkage and stock discrepancies.
Work closely with the merchandising team to optimize product availability across stores.
Ensure proper handling of high-value merchandise.
