Understands Instagram beyond just posting
Can spot trends before they become overdone
Has robust content & Reel ideation skills
Can write captions that don’t sound AI-generated
Loves researching brands, competitors & campaigns
Can manage content calendars and deadlines
Is comfortable coordinating with designers & the team
Actually understands what makes people stop scrolling
You’ll get to work across different brands, industries and content styles — so no two days will look exactly the same.
Freshers are welcome.
Previous internships, freelance work, college pages or personal projects are a bonus.
