Job Summary

We are looking for accurate, responsible and customer-friendly candidates to join our team as Billing Executives at our Forest Village & Aviary facility at Athirappilly, Thrissur, Kerala.

The Billing Executive will be responsible for handling ticketing and billing transactions, collecting payments, issuing tickets/receipts, maintaining transaction records and assisting visitors with billing-related enquiries.

Handle day-to-day ticketing and billing transactions accurately and efficiently.
Issue entry tickets, receipts and other applicable documents to visitors.
Receive payments through cash, card, UPI and other approved payment methods.
Ensure accuracy of billing, ticket quantities, applicable rates and collections.
Handle cash responsibly and follow prescribed cash-handling procedures.
Maintain accurate daily billing,



ticketing and collection records.
Reconcile daily collections with billing/POS records.
Coordinate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Operations and Finance & Accounts teams.
Assist visitors with ticketing, billing and payment-related enquiries.
Handle billing discrepancies and immediately report irregularities to the supervisor.
Ensure proper handover of cash and transaction records at the end of each shift.
Maintain confidentiality and security of financial and transaction information.
Assist with smooth visitor movement at ticket counters during peak periods.
Support special events, holidays and high-footfall periods as required.
Assist with basic reports and documentation related to daily billing and collections.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the billing counter.
Maintain skilled grooming, personal hygiene and appearance standards.
