Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Showroom Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail jewellery sales, with strong expertise in sales management, customer handling, team management, and showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall sales and operations of the jewellery showroom.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and business objectives.
Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom sales team.
Monitor individual and team sales performance and provide regular guidance.
Handle key customers and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Ensure proper display, stock handling, inventory control, and showroom hygiene.
Monitor daily sales, billing, stock movement,
and operational reports.
Drive upselling and cross-selling of jewellery products.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security procedures.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Coordinate with the HO/management team regarding sales, inventory, and operations.
Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to improve showroom revenue.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail jewellery sales.
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products.
Proven experience in managing a jewellery showroom/store.
Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
Target-oriented with solid sales and negotiation abilities.
Positive knowledge of showroom operations, inventory, and billing processes.
