Experience Required: 10 to 15 Years (Strictly in Chemical Manufacturing Industry)

Candidate Qualification Criteria
Primary Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering OR B.Sc. in Chemistry
Mandatory Certification: ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) from MSBTE (Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education).
Industry Bar: Candidates from non-chemical sectors (Construction, Automobile, IT, Pharma-Formulation, or other general process industries) will not be considered. Experience must be exclusively from a Chemical Manufacturing plant.

Core Purpose of the Role

The HSE Manager will independently head, design, and enforce the health, safety, and environmental frameworks at our Rasal plant. The primary objective is to maintain a zero-accident operational culture by effectively managing hazardous chemical reactions, complex chemical manufacturing hazards,



statutory compliances, and emergency response infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Process Safety & Hazard Management
Lead and facilitate HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) studies for recent plant projects, product changes, and manufacturing line modifications.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative risk assessments including HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for chemical manufacturing lines.
Implement critical safety barriers for Hazardous & Exothermic Reactions, tracking Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), interlocks, and emergency relief devices (rupture disks, safety valves).
Enforce strict Management of Change (MOC) protocols before any chemical process or engineering modification.
Operational Control & Work Permit System
Own and audit the plant-wide Work Permit Management System covering High-Risk Operations: Hot Work, Confined Space Entry, Work at
