Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Account Executive to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
Handle day-to-day accounting entries.
Assist in accounts payable and receivable activities.
Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Support preparation of reports and statements.




Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing and payments.
Assist senior team members during audits and financial reviews.
Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel will be an advantage.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Freshers with relevant educational qualifications can apply.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
