Job Title: F&A; Delivery Operations (Energy and Utilities) - AGM

Location: Nagpur

Job Description
Oversee delivery of core 18+ years of F&A; processes: Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and financial planning & analysis.
Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting (F&A;) service delivery for Energy & Utilities clients, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and strategic value creation. Drive transformation, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction across finance processes.
Manage client relationships, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence and high customer satisfaction.
Drive process improvements, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.




Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the Energy & Utilities sector.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across geographies.
Manage financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Robust experience in F&A; operations, preferably in Energy & Utilities
Proven leadership in managing large teams and global delivery models.
Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and finance transformation.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
