This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are looking to grow in business development and enterprise sales.
Responsibilities
Identify and generate qualified B2B leads across multiple industries and business segments.
Research target companies, decision-makers, and market opportunities using online and offline channels.
Build and maintain a solid network of business contacts and potential customers.
Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking events, and in-person meetings.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales leadership team.
Qualify leads based on business requirements and convert them into potential business opportunities.




Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking sessions.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand products and communicate value propositions effectively.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
01 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Lead Generation (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Confident in approaching recent people and initiating business conversations.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google, CRM platforms, and other lead generation tools.
