Job Description

Adherence to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 27001, Policies & Procedures, Hands on in SWIFT, SFMS, NEFT/RTGS, Export, Import.IBM MQ Support, JBoss, Apache Tomacat, Java knowledge is desirable.Hands on in SWIFT, SFMS, NEFT/RTGS, Export, Import.Preferable knowledge on Finacle 9.x, 10.x, 11.x. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.

Responsibility
We are looking for a skilled Application Support Engineer with solid expertise in banking and financial services applications including SWIFT, SFMS, NEFT/RTGS, Export/Import operations, and Finacle platforms.




The candidate must have hands-on experience with middleware components such as IBM MQ, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, and Java.
Experience in adhering to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001 standards, and following established IT policies and procedures, is essential.
This role involves real-time monitoring, incident resolution, performance optimization, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless application functionality and high availability.
