Role & responsibilities
Training & Classroom Delivery
Conduct interactive offline classroom and live online sessions for Quantitative Aptitude (QA) and Data Interpretation (DI).
Cover core syllabus domains: Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry & Mensuration, Number Systems, and Up-to-date Mathematics.
Teach time-saving short-cuts, elimination techniques, and speed-building strategies tailored for exam conditions.
Maintain engaging session delivery aligned with Career Launchers academic quality benchmarks.
Student Mentorship & Doubt Resolution
Conduct dedicated doubt-clearing sessions to resolve individual student queries.
Mentor students on exam strategy, section-wise time management, and anxiety management.
Analyze mock test performances (CL Test Series / Mock CATs) with students to identify knowledge gaps and create personalized improvement plans.
Content Development & Exam Research
Assist in creating, reviewing, and updating study material, practice sets, sectional tests, and mock question banks.
Research previous years' exam patterns (CAT, IPMAT, XAT, SNAP,



NMAT, CLAT, CUET) to keep teaching strategies current.
Provide detailed solutions and explanations for mock tests and practice modules.

Preferred candidate profile
Educational Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, or related quantitative disciplines. Graduates from top-tier institutions (IITs, NITs, Central Universities) or high percentile scorers in CAT are strongly preferred.
Experience: 0 to 2 years in teaching/training.
Desirable: Prior experience in teaching Quantitative Aptitude for CAT or other aptitude exams (IPMAT, GMAT, GRE, Banking/SSC, CLAT) is a robust advantage. Candidates who have cracked CAT with a 95+ percentile in the QA section will be given preference.
