Job Description/Roles and Responsibilities
Perform planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, development, testing, and implementation of IT solutions such as ERP, CRM, & Other Business Applications
Meet with Client-side team members such as decision-makers, systems owners, and end-users to define business requirements, do the business process mapping, and document all the requirements in detail without any ambiguity.
Able to do a Gap analysis between the client requirements and VERTS Solutions such as ERP, CRM, and/or other business applications.
Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
Coordinate activities simultaneously for multiple projects.
Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to application developers.
Planning and Collaborate with technical team to design solutions based on clients business requirements




Create in-depth implementation plans and implementation schedules for the development, testing teams & customers.
Collaborate and communicate with technical team to facilitate on time and on budget project delivery
Keep the project within the scope, identify the proper change requests and versions of the scope of work & addendums.
Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and current systems.
Uses ITPM Agile methodology effectively when performing all tasks.
End-user Training & Post Implementation helpdesk support for clients facing technical or functional issues with the software
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VERTS Systems such as ERP, CRM, and/or other business applications.
