We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Software Quality Assurance Engineer
to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive quality engineering initiatives across customer-facing products and services by designing and implementing scalable test automation solutions. The ideal candidate is hands-on with contemporary automation tools, has a strong background in end-to-end testing, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through quality engineering.

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, including both manual and automation testing.
Solid hands-on experience with
Playwright
and
TypeScript
for building and maintaining automation frameworks.
Solid experience with
Selenium
automation.
Strong expertise in Manual Testing, including:
Functional Testing
Regression Testing
End-to-End (E2E) Testing
Integration Testing
API Testing
Performance Testing




Experience designing and developing automation frameworks from the ground up.
Good understanding of
Salesforce CRM
and
Service Cloud
, including support capabilities such as Cases, Chat, Email, and Phone channels.
Experience testing web applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
Hands-on experience with Git version control.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Familiarity with performance, accessibility, and security testing.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Knowledge of test data management and setting orchestration.
Exposure to AI and Generative AI technologies for Quality Engineering, including AI-assisted test generation, automation, and quality analysis.
