Basic Qualifications
Experience with the principles and practices of compensation and benefits systems and relevant legislation in the EU region
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience creating energetic tools and models to interpret and analyze data
Experience in finance, compensation, or consulting with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices
Experience leading complex programs with significant change impact across organizational boundaries
Experience with Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Strong problem solving, communication, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be well organized and confident to work independently but will be a strong team player.
