Required Skills
2–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Experience working with Tier-1 Prime Vendors and/or Direct Clients.
Strong understanding of the US staffing process and recruitment lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Good knowledge of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD, TN, CPT/OPT, etc.).
Experience recruiting for contract (W2/C2C/1099) and full time positions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience recruiting for Cloud, Data, AI/ML, DevOps, Java, .NET, SAP, Salesforce, Cybersecurity, ERP, and Infrastructure roles.
Robust Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing expertise.
Experience using ATS/CRM tools.
Ability to build long-term candidate relationships.
