About The Role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our electronic health record (EHR) archiving product portfolio. In this leadership role, you will oversee the product vision, strategy, and execution for our cloud-based platform that enables healthcare organizations to decommission legacy EHR systems while maintaining secure, compliant, and accessible medical record archives. You will manage and mentor a team of product managers while working closely with engineering, sales, and customer success to drive business outcomes.

What You'll Do
Lead Product Strategy: Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for our EHR archiving platform, aligning with company objectives and market prospects
Drive Product Portfolio: Oversee multiple product initiatives simultaneously,



balancing resources and priorities to maximize business impact
Shape Go-to-Market: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to develop compelling positioning, messaging, and launch strategies
Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Serve as a leader who influences without authority, building alignment across engineering, operations, compliance, and executive teams
Drive Roadmap Clarity for Agile Teams: Provide customer insights and prioritized backlog direction to support development leaders in achieving predictable, high‑quality delivery
Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Establish metrics and analytics frameworks to measure product performance, customer adoption, and business value
Ensure Compliance: Maintain deep understanding of healthcare regulations and ensure product solutions meet all security and compliance requirements
