Role & responsibilities
Validate software against architectural requirements to ensure compliance with design and performance standards.
Identify and detect bugs/issues during testing and report them accurately.
Develop and document test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
Execute test cases on existing applications to verify functionality and stability.
Record and analyse observations from application testing to support defect resolution and improvements.
Ensure error-free program delivery by thoroughly testing before release.
Adhere to the established SDLC process and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Preferred candidate profile/Required Skills
Bachelors degree in computer science background.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication with active listening ability.
Ability to analyse data, identify issues, and derive meaningful insights.
Solid aptitude for identifying problems and providing effective solutions.
Certification in Software Testing will be an added advantage.
