Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering
Partner with Regional/City/Operation Managers to achieve business and people objectives.
Drive manpower planning and ensure timely hiring for stores and corporate functions.
Support business expansion through HR planning for recent store launches.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Ensure Store level recruitment on timely manner.
Ensure seamless onboarding and induction of current employees.
Monitor early attrition and improve recent hire experience.

Employee Relations
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions.
Build a positive employee relations climate across locations.

Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Drive recognition and reward programmes.
Improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Support leadership development initiatives.

HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Monitor attendance, leave, disciplinary records, and HR documentation.
Ensure implementation of HR policies and SOPs across all outlets.
