Responsibilities
Acquire new corporate clients for IT Staffing and C2H requirements.
Connect with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Hiring Managers.
Generate current IT staffing business opportunities.
Onboard new clients and develop long-term relationships.
Bring in regular IT staffing/C2H requirements.
Requirements
5 to 15 years of experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment Business Development.
Robust client network and corporate connections.
Experience in client acquisition and C2H business.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as a freelancer.
Note: This role is only for client acquisition and onboarding. No candidate sourcing or recruitment responsibilities.
