We are looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations across a cluster of sites within the GSF organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Last mile capacity, optimizing cost-to-serve, and delivering a superior customer experience across both established and emerging business lines.

You will lead a high-performing team of operations leaders, setting direction, building capability, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. Working at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless operations, scalability, and continuous improvement.

This is a critical leadership role that requires solid business acumen, a bias for action, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while managing multiple priorities across a energetic, fast-paced setting.

Key job responsibilities
Own and drive operational performance across a cluster of sites, with accountability for last mile capacity, cost efficiency,



and customer experience metrics
Lead, coach, and develop a team of operations leaders, building organizational depth and succession pipelines
Partner with internal teams (planning, technology, finance, PXT) and external partners to ensure operational readiness and business continuity
Support the scaling of existing business lines and the onboarding of newer business verticals under the GSF org
Identify operational gaps, drive root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions
Champion a data-driven culture, leveraging metrics and insights to inform decisions and track performance
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards across all sites.

We have a 5-day work week but given the 7 days a week operation, the 2 scheduled days off will vary based on shift patterns and business needs.
