Role & responsibilities
Training & Development
Design and deliver training programs for both whitecollar and bluecollar employees.
Conduct sessions on ISO standards, safety, compliance, and company policies.
Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.
Leave & Attendance Management
Oversee employee attendance and leave records.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Generate reports for management review.
Sales Team HR Support
Manage performance reviews, retention strategies, and induction/exit processes.
Oversee travel policy adherence and expense management for the sales team.
Employee Engagement
Plan and execute engagement activities for both whitecollar and bluecollar employees.
Foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee satisfaction.
Data Privacy & Policy Management
Develop and enforce policies related to salary, KYC, attendance, and performance reviews.




Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Compliance Management
Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements (labour laws, ISO standards, safety norms, etc.).
Maintain compliance documentation and coordinate with auditors or regulatory authorities.
Regularly update HR policies to align with evolving compliance requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
Robust knowledge of ISO standards, safety regulations, and HR compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
