About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist with experience in the IT Staffing and Recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and expanding our client portfolio across the US market.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a robust understanding of recruitment services, and the ability to identify and close new business prospects.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients in the IT Staffing and Recruitment industry.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
Schedule meetings with hiring managers, procurement teams, MSPs, and direct clients.
Present the company's staffing, recruitment, RPO, and offshore hiring services.




Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
Prepare proposals, capability presentations, and pricing discussions.
Negotiate contracts, MSAs, NDAs, and commercial terms.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Track business development activities using CRM tools.
Stay updated with staffing market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.

Required Skills
Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Development within IT Staffing or Recruitment.
Strong understanding of US staffing, recruitment lifecycle, and hiring processes.
Experience working with Direct Clients, MSPs, and Vendor Networks.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
Ability to work independently
