Role Description
This full-time, in office Talent Acquisition Intern role is based in Bengaluru South. The intern will support the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting in full-life cycle recruiting. Additional responsibilities include collaborating on employer branding strategies and improving the hiring process to attract top talent.
Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building
Identify and source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
Build and maintain a structured candidate pipeline for open roles
Map talent for recurring and critical positions
Candidate Screening & Experience
Conduct initial screening calls to assess role fit, communication, and intent
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process
Maintain timely communication and follow-ups with candidates
Interview Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Track interview progress and ensure feedback is collected within defined timelines
Act as a bridge between candidates and internal teams
Hiring Operations & Process Management
Maintain accurate candidate trackers and hiring dashboards
Support in drafting job descriptions and posting roles
Assist in offer rollout, documentation, and closure of positions
Identify gaps in the hiring process and suggest improvements
Who are we looking for?
Graduate or pursuing MBA (HR preferred)
Solid communication skills (written & verbal)
High ownership and ability to follow through on tasks
Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills
