About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to manage and scale our US B2B cold email outreach campaigns. You should have strong expertise in email deliverability, inbox placement, lead generation, and up-to-date cold email infrastructure.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with US B2B cold email marketing (Mandatory)
Excellent understanding of email deliverability and inbox placement
Experience with email warm-up, domain reputation, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and DNS setup
Strong knowledge of bulk cold email outreach at scale
Experience with the latest cold email tools such as Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, Saleshandy, Maildoso, ReachInbox, or similar platforms
Experience sourcing and managing high-quality B2B lead databases
Robust understanding of campaign optimization, A/B testing, open rates, reply rates, and conversions




Excellent written English communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Build, launch, and optimize large-scale US B2B cold email campaigns
Manage email infrastructure, domains, inboxes, and deliverability
Monitor inbox health and maintain high deliverability
Generate and verify targeted B2B prospect lists
Improve campaign performance through continuous testing and optimization
Work closely with the sales team to maximize qualified meetings and conversions
Preferred Skills
Experience with AI-powered personalization and email automation
Knowledge of CRM integrations and sales workflows
Experience targeting US small and medium-sized businesses
